 Adherence to the Arab community, reviving its presence and activating its role remains the realistic strategic option that all Arab countries must adhere to and work to implement as an arrow, regardless of the challenges and difficulties.
 It is not reasonable to liquidate the only framework that brings the Arabs together and achieves the minimum level of their cohesion and solidarity at a time when countries and peoples of different nationalities and nationalities are striving at times to converge and unite in order to achieve their common interests and confront the challenges imposed on them by the new world order with all its severity  And his might.
 Solidarity means cooperation, support and immediate mutual assistance when the need arises, based on common ties and ties.
 On the international level, it is an agreement between two or more countries, thus becoming a collective solidarity.
 Arab solidarity is a commonly used term that is based in its content on the principle of Arab unity and the necessity of cooperation between the Arab people in various countries.
 The first is the concept of Arab popular solidarity that reflects

 As for the systemic concept of Arab solidarity, that is, the level of cooperation between the Arab countries, which is uttered from the reality of the national political sovereignty and the interests of the regimes, not from the feeling of the necessity of providing the unity of the nation's battles and its common national interests.
 In fact, the Arab reality does not call for comfort, as Arab disputes are raging between this country and that country at a time when foreign powers, especially Zionism, are focusing on increasing the state of disintegration because a guarantee.  Israel.  When the Arabs unite on the basis of protecting their basic interests and bypassing subsidiary issues
 They can protect their interests and face all the dangers that afflict them.
 The question that every Arab, responsible or outside the official responsibility, must ask. Is it possible to confront the international transformations and the dangers facing the Arabs and the ambitions of their land and wealth in light of the continuation of the current Arab situation....
 It is unfortunate to say that the periods that witnessed stability in Arab relations and cooperation were short, but they were sufficient to draw lessons.
 In the early seventies, the Arab arena witnessed a state of solidarity and solidarity, under which the Arabs were able to stop pumping oil to the United States and the Netherlands. Are they now able to control their wealth?
 It is painful that the foreigner realized the strength and effectiveness of Arab solidarity and the importance of Arab unity in the overall international situation.  This is in the official sphere. In the popular sphere, there is another integrated picture through which we see an increasing growth of Arab awareness, and the Arab street has become more vigilant than previous years.
 Here, it should be noted that if Arab governments do not feel the pulse of the Arab street and ignore it, a negative atmosphere will prevail in the Arab world, and this will have profound repercussions on stability in the region.
 In fact, Arab solidarity did not decline after the two Gulf wars, but rather before that, while emphasizing that the two Gulf wars had profound negative effects on Arab relations.
