If we want to dissect the phenomenon of violence, which has increased from normal levels in recent times and put it under the microscope of research and investigation to find out its causes in terms of social, economic, political and security, there is no way but to recognize that it is a serious phenomenon threatening the lives of citizens and the security, safety and stability of the country. It is no wonder that the alarm is sounded so that officials can pay attention to their role in curbing the phenomenon. One of the things that contributed to the spread of this phenomenon in the Egyptian society. But if we put our heads in the dust as in the past may soon turn into an era similar to what was written by Naguib Mahfouz in the novel Harafish and the emergence of the survivor and his gang impose royalties by force and who refuses to die in one way or another. The great writer Moheb Ghabbour, editor of Sawt Baladi newspaper in America, said in a blog post on his Facebook page that he talked about violence and that the return of security strongly in the Egyptian street may reduce violence in the Egyptian street, in the sense that we tackle the phenomenon with security force, but I see what my friend said Aziz may be the last step in treatment and must be preceded by controlling the behavior of people by many means, including but not limited to the phenomenon of public concern for the low economic conditions of a large segment of the Egyptian people and the weakness of religious discourse and the deterioration of education in public schools and the absence of social justice. Based on the above I propose

  1. The return of basic education in schools to the full-day system and the modification of curricula to focus on brotherhood, tolerance, acceptance of others and non-violence.
  2.   Activating the social justice system to reduce poverty to avoid the negative effects of anger and violence.
  3.   The State's attention to the results of psychological, social and criminal research related to the phenomenon of violence and the application of its results in all sectors indicated to reduce the phenomenon.
  4.   The House of Representatives oversight role in monitoring the performance of state employees to reduce the clash between the people and service providers, especially in ministries dealing with the public.
  5.   Establishing a security department under the Ministry of Interior that relies on gendarmes to pass through the streets around the clock to reduce crime before it occurs.
