_What if a person becomes afflicted with a disease that hinders his movement or makes it difficult for him to move?

_Dr. Mirna, are there any difficult medical cases that you have dealt with?

Because I specialize in dental implants, I have faced many difficult medical cases in women and girls, and some children have more than one molar extracted, and this requires the implantation of “bone” before the molars, and this process is very, very complicated, so my advice to them is not to reach this stage and to treat their teeth as soon as possible. . Some complex cases are also the result of sports injuries.

 

 

_ Dr. Rami: What is the most difficult injury you have faced in handball?

Handball is generally one of the sports in which huge injuries occur...but players have the advantage that they do not give up easily..The athlete always wants to return to his field, so he fights, resists, and adheres to the treatment instructions so that he can return as soon as possible, because his return is a goal for him that he wants to achieve, but thank God, during the Zamalek Club period, I did not see a difficult injury, and most of the injuries were complex, and thank God I was able to solve them.

 

_As a couple..Tell us about your love story and how you met?

Dr . Rami: Our story is very big, but what I will say is that I did not spend a week without being “at her house” to propose to her.

Dr. Mirna: Actually, it has been exactly a week and he was at home to propose marriage to me in the presence of his parents.

 

_What difficulties did you face before marriage?

Dr.. Mirna: The idea that I would radically change my life by leaving my family, my friends, and my country “Tanta” and moving to a new place with a completely new life in which I did not know anyone except Rami, was what worried me, but I became reassured with Rami’s presence next to me, and this was the fruit of this. Love is our son, Fadi, for whom I wish God all the best and success, and it is not a conditionTo become a doctor like us, and most importantly, to be happy._ Dr . Usually, physical therapy was conducted in a specific, enclosed place consisting of beds and equipment. Outside, physical therapy relied on devices in open places that gave positive energy, so I began trying to implement that here in a way that suits the needs of Egyptians. So I started in 2012 and I had a dream to bring together all specialties here. So I started with the teeth.

 

“Elite” is an integrated clinic that includes “Spa, gym, equipment” at a high level, and physical therapy, as we talked about previously, has several specializations. “Elite” specializes in orthopedics, sports injuries, and x-rays and ultrasounds. _What determines your need to add a specific specialization?

 

 People's questions come first. There is a question about ultrasound, and another about bones, nutrition, teeth, children... and so on.

 

 

-I think nutrition is an important specialty for you both because it is related to physical therapy?

Nutrition, of course, is closely related to physical therapy, but focus is required because “the owner of Palin is a liar.” We either focus on physical therapy or nutrition, but bringing the two specializations together is a very, very difficult task.

 

_Dr. Mirna Dental treatment is absolutely difficult, so how do you deal with children?

Mothers do not now have sufficient awareness. They sometimes resort to installing silver crowns or space containers, and I think that this is not useful, because children’s teeth are of course brown, and each temporary tooth charts its way to the next permanent year.
